Contacted Party Delights to find out where my parcel was. Unfortunately, the courier had lost it but I spoke to Katie in customer service and she arranged for it to be delivered the next day. Really friendly and prompt response. Thanks again!

Alway order party supplies for all occasions from this company. They have an excellent range of party supplies for toddler party’s .they also have some lovely staff that help you as best as they can with quick responses through email and phone . An a very speedy delivery .

The Party Delights team were so prompt and accommodating in sorting a change of delivery address for me, which was my mistake and was very much appreciated, as it saved a surprise being ruined.

Website easy to navigate and was easy to design and order personalised items using an iPhone. Very easy to deal with and great communication and customer service from Katie.

I made a last minute order for my son's birthday party this weekend and selected standard shipping instead of fast delivery, I contacted party delights who amended the order without question immediately to ensure I would have my order on time. All that's holding me back from giving a 5 star rating is that I'm waiting to make sure my goods arrive on time! Great service and exceptional customer support. Thank you

Excellent customer service when the initial discount code was not applied at checkout. Millie was great in actioning a refund for the appropriate amount instantaneously. Items yet to arrive, but providing they do and are of the expected quality, I give top marks!

In summary - paid for next day delivery, parcel wasn’t dispatched on time and so 3 days later and we’re left with no decorations for a special party, extremely disappointed is an understatement. Sadly you can’t count on these guys to get things to you on time.

I was organising a special 30th party for my sister in law. On the Wednesday evening, whilst away on holiday, I spent a considerable amount of time choosing all the decorations for the party which is today (Saturday). I decided I needed to pay the £8.95 for next day delivery to ensure that it arrived on the Friday so that I could get everything ready. Evri notified me on the Friday early morning that they had received it which seemed a little tight, considering it needed to be delivered that day. We got to the end of the day to find nothing would arrive. We’re now at Saturday afternoon, on our way to go and set up for the party and feeling very upset to still not have the special decorations that we had planned, so we’re calling in at our only option on the way - Tesco. Feeling incredibly let down and wish I had never come across your website.

Was let down badly by guaranteed next day delivery the item arrived whilst I was away i have received a refund but I am waiting for pre paid postage label to return good I chatted with an operative named Louise S very efficient however have still not received an e-mail with postage label so until I do the goods will remain with me I am not being unreasonable I paid £8.95 for next day delivery and this didn't happen I contacted royal mail and was informed the item had only reached their depot on Friday 8th when in fact it should have been with me

I have used Party Delights for years and they always provide an amazing service. I made an incorrect order and they rectified my mistake straight away. Louise on the help chat was brilliant!

Missed next day delivery from my order and went straight in to the online chat to change. Louise S did this straight away for me and waived the charge as a goodwill gesture! Amazing service and will always use you for any party items I need! Thankyou

Visited the manchester branch. Tried finding invites, but had no luck. Asked a lady who seemed to look like she was in charge she said they don’t do them.

I took a long stroll around the shop to see if i could find anything i could make do with.
And guess what i found? INVITATIONS!

Paid at the tills with a lovely asian girl, annamthen as i waited for my balloons to blow up i went to find the supervisor and told her i found some and her face reaction was awful!

Need a manager in this shop who knows what the shop sells!!!
